Villa Monastero was opened during the festivities dedicated to the patron Saint of Lecco, of Milan, and of the Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception, from 3rd to 11th of December.

These opened days were very appreciated by the people, and Villa Monastero has recorded 1.004 visitors.

During December the Villa will be opened on Christmas eve, and from 26th to 31st of December.

In January, the Villa will be opened from 1st to 8th of January, from 10:00 to 17:00.

At Christmas and holiday season the Provincia di Lecco offers a special insight on the painting called “Natività con Santa Elisabetta e San Giovannino” (Nativity with Saint Elizabeth and Saint John), with a particular iconography which makes the painting very interesting. The artwork is in the south-east room of Villa Monastero with other paintings.
