Master Bedroom

In the mid-19th century (see the date 1853 in one of the corners), this room was probably a music room, as attested by the paintings on the vault, which are reminiscent of Tiepolo, and reflets the manner of the decorators Turri of Legnano, specialists in the decoration of villas in neo-eighteenth-century style.

Transformed into a bedroom by the Kees family, who also designed the terrace with an extraordinary view on the lake, it still has the original blond walnut furniture, characterised by the family coat of arms, also in neo-Rococo style as indicated in the furnishing manuals of the time, but which seem to be a prelude to Art Nouveau in the beautiful female figures sculpted in the round.
